Tonga soa ! Bienvenue ! Welcome to Antananarivo, Madagascar’s vibrant yet captivating capital. Upon your arrival at Ivato International Airport, a member of our team will greet you
with a sign bearing your name, then transfer you to your hotel for check-in and overnight accommodation in the city. If you arrive early, feel free to explore the city at your leisure.
You might want to visit the bustling Analakely market for a taste of local life. Your adventure will officially commence with a brief meeting at the hotel the following morning.

After breakfast, depart Antananarivo and head east towards Andasibe National Park (also known as Perinet). En route, stop at the Peyrieras Private Reserve, home to an impressive array of wildlife including chameleons, frogs, and snakes. Upon reaching Andasibe, enjoy a night walk through the Mitsinjo Forest a private reserve known for it’s nocturnal species, including endemic butterflies and lemurs. Remember to bring a flashlight for this adventure!

Spend the morning exploring Andasibe National Park, the most visited park in Madagascar, renowned for its 11 species of lemurs, including the Indri Indri, the world’s largest living lemur. As we explore the park’s rich biodiversity, we’ll also encounter a range of endemic birds, reptiles, and insects. In the afternoon, visit Lemur Island, a small sanctuary where lemurs, rescued from the illegal pet trade, roam freely in a natural environment.

From Antsirabe, journey south to Ambositra, a town famous for its exquisite Zafimaniry wood carving. This traditional craft has earned the region international recognition. Return to Ambositra for an overnight stay.

Today, embark on a hiking adventure through Isalo National Park, following the famous Namaza trail. The first stop will be the Natural Pool, perfect for a refreshing swim. Then, continue on to the Blue and Black Pools (Piscine Bleue and Noire). Isalo, spanning over 82,000 hectares, is home to endemic wildlife, including birds, lemurs, and amphibians.

Enjoy two days of relaxation in the coastal paradise of Ifaty.
